When we set up your hosting account, we set it so that it can be accessed through your domain.extension (e.g. yourdomain.com) as well as www.yourdomain.extension (e.g. www.yourdomain.com)

If required, we can set up your account so that an additional domain name is pointed to the account for an affordable once-off set up fee. This procedure is called domain parking. For instance, you might own a .com and .com.au domain name. We can set up your account so that your visitors can use either domain to access your web site.

Another scenario is when a business changes domain names. With our domain parking facility, the business can use both domains on the same hosting account with only the once-off set up fee.

Our domain parking facility is great value because not only do both domains point to the web site, but users can send email to and from either domain.


Please note that domain registration fees are not included in the cost of hosting an account.

We host all types of domains. Examples : .COM .NET .ORG .BIZ .COM.AU .CA .UK etc.

If you have an existing domain name it can be transferred to our servers, within 48 hours (in most cases).

If you do not have, and would like to use a .COM .ORG or .NET domain, you can register it through our discount domain registration service for just AU$44.00 for a one year term. Please register the domain name before applying for web hosting.
